You can choose simply to hire an individually locked, clean, dry and secure document storage room for your own exclusive use and manage the process yourself. These document storage unit sizes range from 25sqft to 170sqft so you only pay for the storage space you require. Alternatively, we can manage the full process for you, we will arrange to collect, store and return your document storage boxes when you require access, so there is no need for your staff to leave the office.
Security and confidentiality of your documents is our priority at all times. We have both internal and external CCTV which is also monitored and recorded a security company when the document storage centre is closed, and by our own staff during opening hours. Police monitored intruder and fire alarms to give you additional peace of mind.
